We try to avoid working under time and material contracts whenever possible. Having a set contract price with a defined scope of work is always best for both contracting parties. Before we draft our contract, we’ll discuss and agree upon the supply of materials. Most times, we can receive materials at a discount that we pass on to our clients. The coordination and delivery of materials are also essential to maintaining the project schedule.
